Coronavirus vaccine set for human testing
On Monday, drugmaker Moderna shipped the first batch of its rapidly developed coronavirus vaccine to researchers at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. The NIAID will start the first human tests on the experimental shot that may suppress the epidemic bug, and initial results may be available by July or August.
