AT&T will use OneWeb's low-Earth orbit satellite platform to extend its broadband network in areas outside its fiber network's coverage areas to serve enterprise and government customers in remote locales. AT&T's John Wojewoda said the accord should also provide connectivity to cell site backhaul in those area.
