Blue Cross Blue Shield Minnesota is focused on becoming an anti-racist organization, listening to staff, looking at diversity in the workforce and working within the Minneapolis community to reduce health care barriers, said CEO Dr. Craig Samitt. "The impact of racism on health is expansive, and frankly, much greater than we have historically recognized or, frankly, been willing to admit," Samitt said.
