Miracle Messages is successfully using direct cash payments of $500 per month to fight housing instability in the San Francisco area. "It's not large sums of money, but it's still meaningful enough that it could make a [significant] difference for people who have a good plan in place for how to use it," said founder and CEO Kevin Adler.
