Newly identified parvoviruses found in healthy horses


Equine parvovirus hepatitis, equine parvovirus CSF and equine copivirus were found in blood and nasal fluid samples from horses with and without signs of acute respiratory illness at about the same frequency, suggesting that the recently identified viruses do not contribute to respiratory disease, according to a study in Animals.
