MacArthur Foundation pledges to divest from fossil fuels

The $8.2 billion John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation has become the latest philanthropy heavyweight to commit to divest from fossil fuels, with Harvard University and the Rockefeller Family Fund having similar pledges in place. "The big news is we're committing to this pathway," said foundation President John Palfrey.
