CME testing leaves oil traders empty-handed


Oil traders thought they were buying CME Group's US crude futures contracts for less than Friday's closing price on Saturday when the market was closed and CME was conducting routine testing. The deals were removed when the testing ended, and a CME spokesperson says such "test transactions are not cleared, and do not impact orders or our normal settlement process."
