Survey: Majority of patients say they would use RPM


Between 65% and 70% of people responding to a survey last month by MSI International said they would participate in a remote patient monitoring program for blood pressure, heart rate, blood glucose and blood oxygen levels, and about 50% support integrating remote patient monitoring into clinical services. Convenience was cited as a major benefit of RPM by 43% of respondents, 37% said RPM would give them more control over their own health, but nearly half expressed concern over RPM accuracy, reliability and cost.
