Scientists turn the sounds of protein into better music


Researchers say they're using classical music to make listening to protein data converted into sounds more enjoyable. The "sonification" of protein's biological features has already been used to help identify and convey the large of amount of information, but researchers say using algorithms to link the sounds to classical music can make the tones less random and easier for scientists to share with others and present at events.
