Chemical makers will spend $50M to clean up PFAS in Del.


DuPont, Corteva and Chemours have agreed to pay at least $50 million to address PFAS pollution in Delaware. "This is the most significant environmental settlement that the State of Delaware has ever secured, and it is being delivered on a timeline that matches the urgency of this moment," Delaware Attorney General Kathy Jennings said.
