OSHA halts implementation of COVID-19 vaccine rule


The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is halting efforts to implement the Biden administration's COVID-19 vaccination requirement for businesses with at least 100 workers, in compliance with a federal court order. After multiple lawsuits were filed in several courts, the Cincinnati-based US Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit has been chosen via lottery to hear consolidated legal challenges to the vaccination requirement.
