Vaccine attestation from ICs protects federal contractors


The COVID-19 vaccination mandate for federal contractors has a wide scope in how it defines a "covered contractor employee," two attorneys write. "[U]ntil further guidance is issued, federal contractors can protect themselves by requiring, at a minimum, that independent contractors provide a written attestation that they have been vaccinated or have an exemption," the attorneys write.
