Neiman Marcus CEO takes diversity, inclusion personally


Diversity is a value close to the heart of Neiman Marcus CEO Geoffroy van Raemdonck, who came out as gay in graduate school, and he is dedicated to offering inclusive benefits to the retailer's more than 9,000 employees. The company is working to improve its score on the Human Rights Campaign Corporate Equality Index, including making benefits equal for same-sex spouses and offering insurance plans and transition guidelines to support transgender employees.
