AT&T is reportedly in talks with TPG Capital over DIRECTV stock as part of the tech and media giant's effort to reduce its debt. Sources told Reuters that TPG's share wouldn't give it majority ownership, and that DIRECTV's value could be at least $15 billion.
NBCUniversal will close down NBCSN before 2021 ends and start simulcasting some sports events on USA Network during the year.
