  • Study: When their wives don't work, male bosses are less likely to promote women
    Women are more likely to be passed over for promotions if their male boss has a stay-at-home spouse. A study reveals such managers tend to view women in the workplace unfavorably and don't promote them. The men weren't aware of their bias, according to study leader Sreedhari Desai.
