Yahoo! soon will launch a weekly Web video series called "Katie's Take," in which host Katie Couric will focus on trends, especially concerning nutrition, parenting and health. The show is one of several in Yahoo's new lineup, which also includes a talk show starring Jeff Goldblum and a science fiction series from Tom Hanks.
