Raisins lower BP in adults with prehypertension, study shows
Adults with prehypertension who ate raisins three times a day saw reductions in their blood pressure, U.S. researchers reported at the American College of Cardiology's annual meeting. Other foods that may help control blood pressure include kiwis, potassium-rich peas and bananas, watermelon, purple potatoes, tofu, chocolate and chili peppers.
