Report notes continued growth in food-allergy products
Research from Global Industry Analysts shows that the market for food for people with allergy or sensitivity will top $26.5 billion in the next five years. Growth will come from "increasing preference for wheat-free and gluten-free diets, advancements in diagnoses of allergies, improved labeling regulations, and also through the launch of innovative and appetizing products," the report says.
