FDA urges restaurants to comply with "gluten-free" rule
The FDA says restaurants' use of the term "gluten-free" should be consistent with the federal definition released in August. The FDA noted that although the rule does not go into effect until August, it is encouraging companies to move quickly to make their labeling compliant.
