Dairy may boost colorectal cancer survival, study says
An American Cancer Society study associated higher levels of dairy intake with a slight increase in colorectal cancer survival, but an oncologist questioned singling out one food group and said the focus should be on the whole diet. Researchers said the effect may be due to calcium in dairy, not vitamin D.
