Daily dose of dark chocolate may boost heart health, study says
A small study by San Diego State University researchers found that people who ate 50 grams of dark chocolate each day had lower blood glucose levels and improved cholesterol readings compared with those who ate white chocolate. The findings will be presented at an Experimental Biology meeting.
