Control of Holiday World & Splashin' Safari in Indiana stays with Lori Koch
The Indiana Supreme Court has decided not to hear an appeal by minority owner Dan Koch over control of Holiday World & Splashin' Safari in Santa Claus, allowing control of the park to stay with Lori Koch, Dan's sister-in-law. "No petition for rehearing (of a Court of Appeals ruling) may be filed from a decision not to accept transfer of case," said Indiana Supreme Court spokeswoman Kathryn Dolan, who added that denial validates the appeals court ruling in the case.
