Hoteliers are adding libraries as a way to offer guests more than reading material -- some use it to sell books or beverages, too. "The [new space] gives guests a chance to congregate instead of staying in their rooms," says Ian Harvey, the general manager at the Capitol Hill Hotel, which recently debuted a library.
