    Abbott Laboratories has expanded a marketing deal it struck with St. Jude Medical in 2008. As part of the expanded deal, Abbott will promote St. Jude's fractional flow reserve system and optical coherence tomography devices while continuing to market the latter's pacemakers and related products.
