- IBM study pegs mobile at 13.3% of online sales
With a boost from tablets, mobile commerce in the first quarter accounted for 13.3% of all online sales, nearly double the percentage of a year before, according to an IBM study. PayPal and online sellers who filed class action lawsuits against the company for allegedly holding funds for a lengthy period have reached a preliminary settlement.
