    Warnaco, which derives 75% of its revenue from the Calvin Klein brand of jeans and underwear, is under pressure to diversify its holdings by acquiring a top label and avoid being taken over by Calvin Klein license owner PVH Corp. The latter has attempted to buy Warnaco on several occasions.   • NFL renews deal with Panini for trading cards, stickers
