    AdvaMed has stepped up calls for a repeal of the 2.3% medical device tax in light of a final rule released Wednesday by the IRS.     Edwards Lifesciences is predicting revenue and earnings growth to be in the double digits next year, thanks to the strong performance of its Sapient heart valve in 2012, which it expects will continue in 2013.
