    Companies will invest more than $1.5 billion in Las Vegas' gaming real estate market in the next two years as a result of the financing and upgrades of properties on the Strip, according to gaming industry analysts and brokers at Colliers International Gaming Group. "We are cautiously optimistic about the Strip in 2013. We do see growth, albeit nominal growth in the 2 percent to 4 percent range," said Gabe Telles, commercial real estate consultant with the Colliers group.     Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Corbett's plan to privatize the state's lottery with Camelot Global Services is faced with a Dec. 31 bid expiration. The British firm has not made any agreements with the state administration so far. State Revenue Secretary Dan Meuser has said that the project's strengths would justify a short-term extension of the deadline.
