    The Housewares Charity Foundation (HCF) will honor two industry veterans at its 16th annual gala dinner March 4 during the International Home + Housewares Show. Kathryn Bufano, president and chief merchandising officer of Belk, will receive the Lifetime Humanitarian Award, and Keith Jaffee of O2 Cool will receive the Humanitarian of the Year Award. Proceeds from the evening, which includes auctions, entertainment and dinner prepared by James Beard Award-winning chefs, will benefit The Breast Cancer Research Foundation, the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund and Long Island Cares -- The Harry Chapin Food Bank.
