- Cisco plans dividend increase with profits up 56% in fiscal Q4
Cisco Systems stockholders will get a bigger quarterly dividend, as the company announced a 56% increase in net income and a 4% increase in revenue in its fiscal fourth quarter. Leaders attributed the gains to stability and growth in the switches and routers markets, respectively -- although the company did not fare as well with its video and collaboration tools. - HP touts a video-centric study aid
HP says its VideoBook is intended to make finding videos related to students' studies easier by taking the work out of searching for content online. The technology will debut in India schools next week, but could be used in the corporate space as well. Videos are located based on keywords in text a student reads online.
