    Over-the-top video distributors can keep the details of their other contracts confidential when seeking to air programming controlled by Comcast-NBCUniversal, according to a temporary decision by the Federal Communications Commission's Media Bureau. The FCC is revisiting this "benchmark" issue that's part of the Comcast-NBCU merger.
