Survey: Schools warming up to cellphones on campuses

More schools across the US are lifting their bans on cellphones, with just 66% keeping them off campuses in 2015-16 down from 90% in 2009-10, according to a National Center for Education Statistics survey. At the high-school level, cellphone bans are at 35%, down from 80% in 2009.
