    AT&T is set to sell the Nokia Lumia 920 and 820 at price points of $99.99 and $49.99, respectively. The handsets will be available for pre-order on Friday.     Microsoft earns a 52% gross margin on its new Surface tablets, outpacing the profit Apple is making on the iPad, according to a study from research firm IHS iSuppli, which estimated the manufacturing cost of the Surface at $284, meaning Microsoft makes $315 per unit sold.     Hundreds of Android applications may be vulnerable to SMS phishing scams, according to antivirus firm Symantec.
