About 6 in 10 tablet users have paid for content on their devices and nearly three-quarters have paid for applications, numbers that indicate tablet users are highly responsive to commercial appeals on their devices. - Most Pa. taxpayers skip online sales tax line
Pennsylvania added a spot to its state tax return this year for consumers to report and pay the use tax they owe on their online purchases, but few paid attention to it, according to the state Revenue Department.
