    Caribou Coffee is returning to national television for the first time since 2010 as part of a Colle + McVoy campaign that includes a 3D billboard, radio and in-store marketing.     Both the city of Gainesville, Fla., and unincorporated Alachua County, Fla., have rules banning portable signs, but only the county interprets the prohibition to include signs held by wavers.
