The health insurance industry stands to gain millions of new, healthy subscribers when the Affordable Care Act is fully implemented, but industry executives dislike some provisions in the law. - Report: Most online pharmacies are "rogue" operations
About 97% of online pharmacies do not operate in compliance with U.S. pharmacy laws and standards, a survey of more than 10,000 online pharmacies found. Of the sites reviewed, 8,594 do not require that customers have valid prescriptions, 4,832 offer foreign drugs or drugs that are not FDA-approved and 3,708 are hosted on foreign servers, the survey by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy found.
