- Hotel transactions pace may pick up in 2013, brokers say
The volume of hotel transactions this quarter showed steady growth across the U.S. and will likely continue to gain momentum in 2013, several hotel brokers say. "We're seeing a lot of continued buyer interest. We're seeing a lot greater investor interest [and] lender interest.
