  • Uninsured prefer human help over a website when seeking coverage
    Uninsured Americans are wary of using the Internet to shop for insurance, saying they would prefer in-person guidance on the process, according to research conducted by the nonprofit Enroll America. With full implementation of the Affordable Care Act on the horizon, Enroll America is working to educate people about how to obtain coverage under the law.
