- Delta files lawsuit against Export-Import Bank
Delta Air Lines filed a lawsuit against the Export-Import Bank of the United States over loan guarantees provided to foreign airlines for purchasing aircraft manufactured by U.S. companies. Delta's suit says the bank's economic analyses run afoul of a law passed by Congress last year. Reuters
