Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., has two plans to scale back the Transportation Security Administration's authority. One would privatize the organization, and the other calls for creating a passenger bill of rights. General Dynamics to update LAX security system
General Dynamics won a three-year contract valued at $27.3 million to update airport security at Los Angeles International Airport. A study on airline fees by TravelNerd found that many carrier fees and rules on their application changed significantly in 2012.
