    The U.S. Department of Transportation has fined Royal Jordanian Airlines, EgyptAir and Royal Air Maroc over passenger-protection rules. The carriers were accused of not fully disclosing baggage fees. Royal Jordanian Airlines was also accused of breaking the full-fare advertising rule, and EgyptAir was cited over a rule that lets passengers cancel reservations 24 hours after booking without penalties.
