  • App-sales success is concentrated among few developers, firm says
Half of the revenue from Apple's App Store and Google Play during a three-week period in November went to a total of 25 developers, who collectively took in $60 million from paid downloads and in-app purchases, analyst Canalys estimates. Game apps also tended to crowd out other categories, the report found.
