  • SapientNitro report criticizes retail digital integration
Bloomingdale's and Sephora are among the few brands lauded for their in-store digital integration in an exhaustive report by SapientNitro. Macy's, Crate & Barrel, American Eagle Outfitters, Nordstrom and Saks Fifth Avenue ranked only average, but still bested retailers such as Gap, Victoria's Secret, Chico's and White House Black Market. "Only 22% of those stores [with digital screens] were interactive, where you had a value-add beyond just merchandising or a display. That's a huge [missed] opportunity," says SapientNitro's director of research and insights, Hilding Anderson. Adweek (10/9) LinkedInFacebookTwitterEmail this Story
