  • Alibaba CEO calls it quits
    Jack Ma, the 48-year-old CEO of Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba, is to step down in May, saying that it's time for a younger generation to lead the company forward. Ma, who describes himself as "ET-like" in his resignation letter, says finding a suitable successor won't be an easy task.   • Burberry's retail rise offsets wholesale slump
    Burberry reported a 13% jump in retail sales in the third quarter, but wholesale revenue from sales to department stores and specialty shops dropped 5%, the company said.
