    Best Western International says it is looking to open more properties in Myanmar after its debut hotel opening this year. The government is taking steps to attract foreign investment in the country amid an increase in inbound tourism. "There are huge opportunities in the country, following new investment regulations.   • Wyndham will ramp up brand expansion in Latin America
    Wyndham Hotel Group last week held its first Latin America regional conference in Panama, where it announced plans to expand in the region through management and franchising deals. The company will focus on securing management contracts for its Wyndham Hotels and Resorts and TRYP by Windham hotel brands in the region, said Daniel del Olmo, senior vice president and managing director of Wyndham Hotel Group Latin America.
