  • Air Canada will appeal to keep maintenance deal with U.S. firm
    The Quebec Superior Court has ruled that Air Canada must keep heavy maintenance operations in Canada after the carrier signed a maintenance agreement with AAR Corp. in Duluth, Minn. "Air Canada will be appealing this Quebec Superior Court decision, given the importance of the matter, and makes no further comment at this time," spokeswoman Isabelle Arthur said in an e-mail.
