    Ads that appear on websites, mobile devices and TV simultaneously are available through MTV's Reverb application.     Lori Hiltz has been named North American CEO of Havas media agency MPG. Hiltz, previously the executive vice president and managing director of the agency's Chicago office, will replace Shaun Holliday, who left the agency in 2010.
