    The Revel casino and hotel in Atlantic City, N.J., is looking forward to a fresh start as the new year begins. The dining spaces, entertainment venues and hotel rooms were completely booked for the New Year's Eve celebration at the casino resort. "We got off to a little bit of a rough start in the beginning. We've repositioned all of the marketing. We're definitely in the game.     Christmas promotions have helped Macau casinos record better-than-forecast revenue for December. Casinos in the gaming hub took in $3.5 billion last month for a 20% surge, according to the Macau Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau.
