    Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer says the number of Windows RT applications for ARM-based tablet computers has quadrupled since the operating system's launch in October. Ballmer, who spoke during Qualcomm's presentation at the Consumer Electronics Show, said that CNN, Dropbox and Twitter will offer Windows RT apps.
