    A report by Montreal-based business aviation services firm Zenith Jet estimated that there will be 9,400 business jets worth $253 billion delivered by 2023.   • NextGen is here to stay
    Ground infrastructure for the NextGen satellite-based navigation system should be in place this year and fully operational by 2015. FAA Administrator Michael Huerta urged general aviation pilots to prepare their airplanes. "NextGen is a quantum leap from the standpoint of situational awareness.
